TTC girl over 35

Is there anyone else out there trying to sway over 35?
Sometimes I think it is ridiculous and I should just try to get pregnant!
I am trying to formulate a plan for the end of this month so only days to go! I am trying to decide on frequent or abstinence and the length of time to cut off....! 4 days does not work...lol! I tried to a 3 day cut off....douching does not allow a BFP! So, along with a loose diet what can I do?
Longing to be pregnant one last time after two boys and really dreaming of pink!!!!

Hi and welcome! I will go NOW and start a special group for swayers over 35 and see what I can come up with. Swaying over 35 is actually my area of expertise (I'm 41 and have been through this journey for the last 4 years with swayers in this demographic).

You're totally right, you have to be willing to let go a lot of the traditional sway advice but that doesn't mean you can't still have a great sway. In fact, your odds of pink actually can go up as you get older.

PS - they do seem to all know each other at first, but if you hang out for a couple days and start posting, people get to know you really quick. We all joined these sites as strangers and ended up as friends!! (((hugs)))

I have heard that about over 35 and a girl...my query is frequent bd or one time or close to one time????
I am not sure we can swing enough frequent bd to lower sperm count.

I think your odds of pg increase the more often you DTD, esp. if you are using jellies and antihistamines.

So if you were doing JUST frequent, you would prob. want to have him release just once inside you. But if you were doing frequent, RepHresh, antihistamine, jump and dump, and having him wear tighty whiteys and take a lot of baths, then I would say you would be well advised to DTD more than once because otherwise you are not going to get pg. This is esp. true if you're over 35.

Have you read about the compressed frequent release?? It's a great option if your DH can't DO regular frequent. You would just have to have him release as much as possible in a 2-3 day period and only use one or some of the batches for insemination. According to the study we read, it's just as effective as other methods (and may even be more so than reg. frequent release.)
