How much alcohol?

I’m not a big drinker but how much alcohol do you recommend in a sway?

More than you were having when you got boys and/or right before you were TTC. If this was none, then stick to 1-2. Some people may have as much as 3 if they were drinking regularly anyway. But people who don't normally drink should stick to 1-2 drinks max. :)
