Can i eat dried tomatoes on the LE diet? Or is it a high quality food? I know there’s much salt in them but i dont limit salt intake.

There's few foods you can't have on the LE. Dried tomatoes are very high in potassium if you're factoring that in at all; I've been adding them to stuff for ages as part of my HE diet.

I’m also don’t limit potassium cause i don’t believe it sways. Today i ate 4 of them with a bit olive oil. But from now on I’ll try to avoid them to stay on the safe side

All foods are allowed on LE Diet within the limits. I really prefer you guys not ask me about individual foods because if everyone does that, it will be really time consuming. All foods are fine.

I didn't limit my salt or potassium with my last 2 girl sways and I got girls. I was eating a higher amount actually of both. With my 2 failed girl sways I cut them out.

My evryday cooking always involved toms, couldnt do without. I know i dont know if my sway has worked or not but i decided to take the laid back approach cos being too strict just wouldnt work for me, itd make me mega stressed and unhappy.

:agree: :agree: :agree: I ate a massive amount of sodium when I got my DD after getting my 4th boy while limiting it. I never limited potassium at all because it made no sense to me that the amount of potassium in a small bowl of strawberries could make the difference between a boy and a girl (this is what the FGD claims) Thanks everyone for sharing your experiences!
