Oh no atomic ! now what?

Well, I have thought for awhile now that the real world data doesn't support low sodium swaying pink and high sodium swaying blue!! If you have to cheat on anything, I would make it sodium and I personally do not think blue swayers should be going for the high sodium at all.

grains and sugar are what cause a raise in cholesterol. Not sure how that fits in with swaying but if someone is upping their grains or sugars then they will most likely increase their cholesterol levels as well.
