Hi Atomic!

I have been on the LE diet now for 18 days and lost 5.5 lbs so far.

My BMI went from 21.55 to 20.8 although I always eat about 2000 cals a day. (Nursing my LO, 15 m old, but only „for fun“ I would say, don’t know how much he actually drinks yet).

Should I stop losing weight yet? Or ist the weight loss still too little? How should we try to mantain weight? By upping the calories overall? Or eating more protein and fat?

I feel like I‘m always hungry, even right after the meals. :D

Yes, I want you to stop losing weight and hold steady where you are at. My cutoff for weight loss is BMI 21 and once you drop below that, no more weight loss, even if you've only lost a small amount of weight. This is especially true for nursing moms!

Thank you. And how do I achieve that? Should I go for 2200 cal..? And up the fat too?

Increase calories as much as it takes. Keep fat and protein at 50-60 g and use carbs to keep weight on.
