Do we need to keep our heart rate up? And if we walk on a treadmill, is an incline okay?

We moved our timeline for trying for next July 2019 (unless I change my mind) and for now I am doing cardio with light weights. Since I'm still over a year out I don't really want to stop the weights. But as we get closer how many months out should I stop with the weights and just stick with the cardio?

TIA

I don't want you guys worrying about heart rates, or calories burned, or counting steps or anything like that. That level of attention to detail may undermine your sway and sway blue by making you "control freaky".

Just do whatever exercise YOU can stick with, without getting injured and/or hating every second of it, for 60 minutes straight. Inclines are ok and cardio with LIGHT weights are actually also very likely ok provided you're not gaining weight and/or eating a high protein diet.

I'd wait till about 6 weeks before to stop weights.
