We did our first round of IVF in January trying for a boy and a girl. Retrieved 16 eggs, 9 fertilized, 5 blasts sent for PGS, 3 normal, all boys. The other two were a boy and a girl. We scraped together enough money for another try. Second round in March retrieved 15, 10 fertilized, 6 blasts, 2 normal PGS. The other 4 were 3 boys and a girl. So out of 11 total that made it to testing only 2 were girls and both abnormal. I really want a shot at a girl. Is there ANYTHING we can do? Doing another round of the same thing hoping for different results seems like insanity. Is there any hope? We used PICSI both rounds.
