The past few months I’ve seemed to have a short luteal phase, I didn’t actually realize it until this month when I looked at my tracker. My average luteal phase is 9 days!
I don’t know how long it used to be, but am concerned that this could be an issue.
I called my OB and the nurse practically brushed me off and told me I’d get a call back and hung up on me.
Any input would be greatly appreciated:)

Not sure 100% but think ive read summat about eating eggs/ drinking full fat milk to help with this. Dont quote me on it, best if someone more experienced advises you but thought id ask if you include any if the above in your diet?

I do eat eggs but can’t have dairy. I wonder if I should eat more eggs, my drs office finally got back to me and someone much friendlier set me up with an appointment! Thank you for your input!:)

9 days is actually long enough to get pregnant with and do be aware that what your LP was this month or last month or 3 months ago tells you nothing about what your LP will be THIS month (meaning, whatever month you conceive in).

Yes, I want you on 6-8 eggs a week and a serving of salmon if you like it, red meat if you don't, since you don't do dairy. OR if you prefer to stick with 4-6 eggs (8 eggs is a LOT of eggs LOL, I have chickens and we have eggs constantly and I get sick of having them!) you could use 1 T coconut oil every other day or 2 T 2x a week in lieu of the dairy
