Hi everyone, I don’t know if this is a question that has been answered before but I’m just wondering, if I have fallen pregnant with my boys both First go, does that up my chances of me producing multiples on clomid higher because previously I’ve been so fertile? Does that make sense ? Opposed to some who technically does have to go on it for fertility reasons ?
Sorry if this is a stupid question.
TIA x

No it does not and actually since most people are prescribed Clomid because they have severe PCOS and are not ovulating regularly, they're actually far more likely than a person with normal fertility, to have opposites on Clomid because PCOSers often hyperovulate.

New here and still trying to learn how to make a new post so apologies if I’ve done it wrong!
Can I just check whether the use of Clomid in ttc a girl is considered as more successful than the use of no clomid but doing other sway strategies, such as diet exercise one attempt etc? Is one strategy more effective than the other? As I know clomid isn’t always easy to get prescribed butbjust wondered whether it’s worth trying prior to dieting etc?
5hanks in advance!

I answered this in the chatbox where you posted but I'll do so again for any others who are reading this:
Clomid is the best of the best sway tactic (and Femara too) because they are impossible to mess up. You pop a pill for 5 days and that's it. It is easy to do and you cannot screw it up, unlike diet and exercise which are sometimes harder for people to pull off as perfectly. And Clomid also seems to work for everyone in pretty much the same way whereas diet may not (which is why we have a couple variations of diet). So again, it's just something that is easy to manage.
But you need to ALSO do diet, exercise, and one attempt (at least the first couple months, then e4d). Do not skimp on those things just because you have Clomid. Studies have shown Clomid sways only 3-5% in people who are not swaying. We get 75% with it, but that is WITH otherwise thorough pink sways including diet, exercise, number of attempts.
All that having been said, a question I have frequently gotten in the past is "should I do Clomid or herbs, antihistamine, jelly, douching, timing, frequency". And for that, I can DEFINITIVELY say that Clomid is better than all those things. DO NOT ever choose herbs, douches, or what have you over Clomid.
To sum up - Always do diet, exercise, number of attempts (at least to start with) with Clomid. But Clomid is really the most consistent, best of the best sway tactic because it's easier than all those things. And do NOT do herbs, antihistamine, jelly, douching, timing, and frequency instead of Clomid if you can get Clomid. Clomid + diet, exercise, number of attempts = best sway there is. The other stuff does not work and either interferes with Clomid or cuts odds of conception so far that it makes it really hard to conceive with the Clomid.
