I ask because this month was the first with the LE diet and usually my cycles are 28-31 days long but this month it only was 26 days. Is this by chance?

Unfortunately I didn’t track temperature so I don’t know when or if I ovulated...

Yes, it's totally normal to see changes in cycle on LE Diet.

Add in a serving of full fat dairy daily and 4-6 eggs a week to help keep your cycle normal.

Do you mean 4-6 eggs in total or in addition to let’s say what is already in cake, waffles, etc.?

Dairy- also milk? I try to have one coffee with milk and one with soy milk a day.
More dairy..?

Yes, this is adding onto whatever you're eating (or you can switch out skim dairy for whole dairy, if you prefer.)

A coffee with milk is not a full serving and soy milk is not dairy. Needs to be a full serving of cheese or yogurt or milk. even butter or cream.

Thanks. Yes yes, I know that soy is no dairy, but I prefer a vegan diet (for ethic reasons) and therefore I only managed to add one time regular milk. :)
Does whole dairy push fertility or why is this recommended for irregular cycles? Since on LE diet skimmed milk is the go-to product [emoji848]

Can you recommend something else if I don’t want to eat much dairy? We get our eggs from the hens of my cousins so eggs are not a problem :)

Oh I gotcha, yes it has to be real dairy because the fat in the dairy is really beneficial for ovulation and correcting irregular cycles. Same with the type of fat in eggs.

You could use coconut oil 1-2 T a day if you prefer but the dairy fat is best.
