I tend to have a big sugar tooth... I know it’s not healthy but I was just wondering if excess sugar sways pink or blue. I’m TTC a boy at the end of the summer and want to start the HE diet pretty soon and wondering how sugar falls into the equation. I know it “should” be avoided as much as possible but it’s hard to avoid in the summer.

I will avoid it if it tends to sway pink but if it’s indifferent I won’t stress as much.

(Kind or hoping high everything includes sugar but I have a feeling it doesn’t)

We don't know how it sways or IF it sways (I doubt that it sways hard on its own, it's your overall diet that matters) but I do see a LOT of girl moms on my patented "girl mom diet" which includes skipping breakfast, a candy bar and a diet coke for lunch, and pasta or salad or something lower in protein and higher in carb for dinner. :) So don't do that!

I can assure you I have ALWAYS eaten plenty o sugar and I have 4 boys. You don't need to cut it out totally. The issue is that you want to "spend" your calories on things that are as nutrient dense as you can instead of wasting it on sugar. You will gain a LOT of weight fast if you are eating HE and a lot of sugar to boot.
