Hi, I need to go low stress so that means no strict dieting, eating what I fancy but sticking to the principle of low salt, low fat and no red meat, and trying to loose weight to make body think its starving and low nutrients.
I am also not tracking any nutrients but want to take the calcium and magnesium supps. How many should I take? As Im not tracking I dont want to risk over-loading!
Also going to ask OH to heat his testicles lol with a heat pad - how long should he do this for and what should he use? Anything to avoid when looking?
Im from the UK so anything from there would be a plus!
Thanks everyone

Thanks Sunset, I found the guidelines for calcium and magnesium on my IG notes, but says this is the amount combined with the diet, so does that mean take that amount then eat your calcium etc. or does it mean note down what your eating and their values and take the rest up to that total?
Confused lol!
Im thinking it means take the 1200mg and then eat your usual so that you dont overdose.
Im going to look online for all the supps and last sway bits I need as went to Holland and Barrett and was shocked at the costs! Hoping to find it cheaper online.

On this site, Atomic recommends no calcium supplements. Many of us are in the middle. I do believe that excessive nutrients are not girl friendly, including excessive calcium but I am a believer in calcium for swaying. That puts me in that middle camp. I am taking 666mg of Calcium citrate, 300mg of Magnesium and having 2 servings of non-fat dairy daily.

Thanks need a girl, I was thinking about maybe just taking not quite as much as usual as actually Ill be increasing my usual dairy intake anyway.
Will be taking nutrients to help prevent miscarriages so dont want to take too much of ones like calcium if Im already eating them.
Just stuck on planning what OH can eat without loosing weight and sticking to low fat, nightmare for meals as he works evenings 3 days a weeks and needs ready meals or similar

I think I answered most of your q's in other threads already but I did want to let you know that the calcium is diet and supps combined. So take the 1200 and then eat what you can via diet, but whatever you do, don't go over 1800 mg and it's prob. best to get less than that.
