yes I always have eaten Chinese food and I have 4 boys! I'd stay away from tofu but anything else that contains protein + carbs is great for blue!

Like Atomic said, I think anything with meat and some sort of carb like rice or noodles would be fine. Beef or chicken dishes fit the bill, like General tso or szechuan beef for example. Really anything would work though.

No, because I would simply be writing down everything on the menu that has meat in it.
Anything that has meat in it + vegetables is great. Avoid things that have soy or are just vegetables.

I have decided to stick to Italian cuisine I have been having rice and noodles and have lost weight I think chinese cuisine is for the girl diet.

No, it is not for the girl diet. Protein + carbs = boys regardless of whatever cuisine you eat.
If you would really like me to list foods for you, I can do that, but I don't see the use in limiting you to the things I like!
How about beef and broccoli, cashew chicken, sweet and sour chicken (if you can get the kind with pineapple and peppers in it, that's great!), almond chicken with rice, General Tso's chicken, lo mein with meat in it...that kind of thing. I would go right to the nearest Panda Express and have a nice lunch!! :)

Chinese food usually has lots of salt in it anyway. No need to add more! Just let me know how I can help!
