Hi. I'm new to this site. I have two beautiful girls. I swayed last year and got pregnant but unfortunately suffered a miscarriage at 7 weeks. I was on IG diet and supplements. I will try waying again but won't do IG diet. I instead want to try HE diet.

How many mg of guaifenesin do you need ?

There's no right or wrong amount. The max you can take in one day is 1200 mg but most people take more in the range of 4-600 mg and that works for them. Take the minimal amount you need to improve your CM. Even though guaifenesin is a safe drug, it's just best to keep any medication to the smallest amount you need to have a good result with it.
