Hello
I thought I'd read somewhere on these forums that broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables may sway pink. However I remember testing my hormones and having too little protective estrogen. To increase it general recommendation is to intake indole 3 carbinol linked to protection and sometimes treatment of female reproductive organ cancers. I3c is found in cruciferous vegetables predominantly.
Question: if cruciferous vegetables increase amount of protective estrogen I would think this would increase fertility as well, why then would broccoli and the rest of these healthy veggies be considered as pink sway food? Or did I misread this somewhere?
Thanks!
