Hopefully this gets posted where it needs to be. After months of lurking iv read a lot of information on ttc girl however I’m perplexed on something.
I’ve resigned myself to the fact that exercising 6x a week 60 mins is the best for the sway however I have been avoiding it as I’m not sure I can commit myself. For weeks iv been focusing on skipping breakfast and eating less and thinking I was going the ‘couch potato’ route. BUUUUT I suddenly thought, I’m not really a ‘couch potato’ person as everyday, at least twice a day I’m out pushing the pram, running around parks with my 19 month old son and so on. I rarely sit still. I’m worried now that all that type of ‘exercise’ is therefore team BLUE because it’s stop and start and dependant on what my child wants to do. It’s never 60 mins of non stop cardio.
So now I’m worried. Do I have to now do the 60 mins cardio a day in addition to this in order to cancel out the BLUE-esque exercise and give PINK a fighting chance?
Anybody with some ideas or answers? I’d greatly appreciate it
