Here’s a weird thing that I wondered if anybody had any thoughts on. My last three cycles I have had spotting around ovulation. Last night it happened but this morning there’s quite a lot - I’ve wondered if it’s my period which it’s way too early for (I’m in the waiting to ovulate stage). I’ve been a bit unwell the last week with a bad cold and so my bbt temps are all messed up - my temps have been much higher for the past week and FF thinks I ovulated if I don’t discard the temperatures. The temps aren’t reliable as a result. So I’m relying on OPKs to tell me where I am. What’s going on? This month is supposed to be my first attempt but my body has gone all weird

It's not unusual especially with PCO but if it keeps going on it should be checked out to be sure you don't have a fibroid or cervical erosion.

Do you reckon there’s any chance it could be to a dip in estrogen / rise in progesterone? Spent a while thinking my PCOS had gotten worse and then wondered if just maybe the myo was doing something a bit too fabulous to hope for

Ah, yes, it could be lowered estrogen (this is actually what causes most midcycle spotting anyway, though). I forgot you were on myo. But I do want you to get it checked out still.
