Please help with ultrasound pictures.

Hello everyone. I booked a gender ultrasound but didnt get any clear answers, so the doctor told me to come back after two weeks.
Im so sad as I really wanted to know the gender.
The doctor gave me two pictures, but I forgot to ask her what exactly it was showing.
Please help me guys, what do you see in this pictures? Is it gender?

I would say boy based on the first pic. Can't tell what I'm looking at in the second one. What gestation is this?

I was16 weeks and 5 days when these pictures where taken

I suspect boy, but not totally sure based on the clarity of these (or lack thereof)
