Curious if any women who do not have diagnosed pcos have used inositol and LE diet in a successful girl sway? I've seen a few posts about it from a couple years ago and also read about it on another site.

I have, but it was not specifically as a sway tactic. I did it for balancing/stabilizing blood sugar (I have damage to my pancreas) and helping metabolism, not specifically for PCOS (which I do not have) and actually did not know it was used to treat PCOS. My endocrinologist had recommended it to me for my blood sugar issues, but I was also told I needed to take a blend of both the myo and d-chiro forms as having more than a small amount of either could mess up my menstrual cycles.

I wouldn't use it unless you have PCOS. I was taking it for a year (TTC, unsuccessful) when another woman on this forum said her FSH had gone THROUGH THE ROOF! Atomic doesn't recommend it...

I recommend it for some people but not for everyone. That gal was taking a super high dose to control seizures but in addition to possibly messing up FSH, it may lower hormone levels too far for some people, makes weight fly off, and is just not right for everyone. People see it in the successful category but I had someone crunch the numbers for me and when they did the statistical analysis it was not any more successful than the results of the site. It's good for people who have moderate to severe PCOS and a fair bit of weight to spare, just not for everyone.

Thanks for the responses! I will not take it then. :)
