I bought a calendar from planbaby.com and regretted it instantly, especially as it looks like we ttc’d on a boy day. Googling has not helped as all I can find is really positive reviews saying how amazing this was and how it worked for EVERYONE. The internet apparently loves biorhythms and they’re uncannily accurate. I’ve asked before but need a slap on the face right now: tell me it’s a load of rubbish please. Can’t believe I’m getting so hung up on this! :nails:

All that crap is rubbish lol old wives tales are gonna be right lots of times just as they are going to be wrong. I've had Chinese and Mayan calendars be right for 4 of my girls and tell me no.5 would be a BOY but she was most definitely a girl. People love to tell you what worked for them because they think it's fab. When something doesn't work we tend to just forget about it and not mention it. Good luck !

I don't know anything about planbaby but there was a thread on here awhile ago about biorhythms with a link and a lot of ladies were saying it was right for all of their children. I checked it for my two boys and according to it both of mine should have been girls (one said "probably girl" and the other "definitely girl"). So it was definitely wrong for me!!

The people who sell those kind of things are known for flooding the market with fake reviews and even going so far as to start blogs and websites for no other purpose but to promote their product (pretending to be independently operated.) They promote their pages by paying $$ for doing so and since they've flooded the Internet with the fake reviews, you have to go through a lot of pages before you find the people who are giving honest reviews.

If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you will see a section marked "similar threads". If you'll recall I did already reply in more detail there so I'll save my breath but no, they don't work.

Thank you, sometimes google is really bad when you have quite obsessive tendencies to research!

I will tell you this much - it's the people who obsessively reseach that get the most opposites and what you're doing is 1000 times worse for your sway than "biorhythms". I would try really hard to resist that tendency by getting out and doing things that have nothing to do with swaying whatsoever that you enjoy.

I totally agree. I’ve been really relaxed and the opposite of this...until just now! I think it’s cos I had a plan and things seem to have taken a different turn unexpectedly. Will take your advice and fingers crossed

I just wanted to update this thread to say that biorhythms turned out to be a load of rubbish. I really obsessed over this *and* paid money (Planbaby). Accidentally dtd on a supposed definite boy day but found out on Friday that we finally have our girl. I spent a lot of the first 12 weeks thinking about what I did wrong with my sway and this was in the top 5 - I really wished I’d waited a couple of weeks until I was on a pink friendly day. Not any more! Hopefully anyone worrying about biorhythms will find this thread and discount it from their sway
