Hi,

I had my first attempt 2days a go he frequently released (outside) for about 9days before and then i had my one attempt 2days ago. I’m due to ovulate Saturday or Sunday not sure which so my attempt will be either 4days before o or 5days before o, the thing is I used a lot of rephresh the day of my attempt he took Licorice root and I took sudafed and I have been very strict on the diet (which I am now struggling with) so I think conceiving this month will be like 0% Chance

My question is, should I have another attempt today which would be 2/3days before o? Should I try and do 0+12 or do I just leave it?

Please can anyone help

Yes there is literally no chance of conception. I think you should have attempt either today or tomorrow. I do not recommend O+12 and would have you stick with the one attempt (the attempt you've had doesn't count)

The real issue is that your attempt was too far before ovulation. No way could anything survive that long! The RepHresh, Sudafed, and FR doesn't help but that timing is really tough to conceive with. :) Good luck and pink dust!

I miscalculated it i thought i would ovulate early because my period was shorter last month
