Looks girly. It's kind of an awkward looking potty shot but I don't see anything boyish though.

3 lines doesn't always mean girl. Sometimes boys can appear to have 3 lines at certain angles. I actually posted about that here several years ago. My DS2 looked like a girl at 16 weeks but he's def a boy!
