Here is what has really worked for us:

LE Diet longer than 12 weeks plus coffee, fiber, alcohol
Everyone must take folic acid or folate
CArdio exercise 60 min. a day for 4-7 days a week (more is better)
One attempt (timing doesn't work, but you can use it if you want to)
Clomid or Femara if you can get them

For DH: OLE (olive leaf extract) and soy milk
Smoking
Jogging/biking

That's it. Those are the things that have actually seemed to be effective. While we have all the rest of the info for those who want it those things are what we are getting good results with.

The short version of LE Diet is here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-to-conceive-a-girl/16780-low-everything-diet-nutshell-version.html

Please let me know what specific questions you have and I'll answer them - that is what I'm here for! YOu don't need to read everything on the site, much of it is simply for reference and I can direct you in whatever way you need to have a great sway.

1)I like you guys to do 1200-1600 mcg folic acid or folate starting now and continuing all thru the entire first trimester of pregnancy and then wean back gradually to the amount in a prenatal. Don't take the higher dose all thru pregnancy, wean off at the end of the first trimester

2)Do you mean how to do it or how it actually works??

3)STart off eating more calories than you think you need, like 1800-2000 a day. See what happens. If you hold steady on weight you may just want to continue doing that. If you lose weight, you may need to increase that. Most people eat 1500-1800 cals a day and that works best.

4) You can use Silk or Sylk, although we have not found any of the jellies to be effective. The same number of people have gotten girls with and without them, and additionally they cut odds of conception. So you may want to use them at first and then drop them after a month or two.

5)Yes I can help you - either I can help you make a plan here in the free forums or we have our plans available for sale here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/payments.php

Yes, you're nearly within the 90 day time frame and that way if you decide to start sooner then you'll have had him on it for longer.

OLE - 500-1000 mg dry leaf taken daily thru your whole cycle. After BFP have him gradually wean off by spacing doses further and further out till down to one per week, then you can drop them

Soy milk - 12-48 oz daily thru whole cycle, he does not need to wean off this. Most guys will not be willing to drink more than 1 12 oz glass a day but if he'll do more, that's great

2)We don't know how it really works. (NO ONE knows how anything in swaying really works, and if they say they do, they're fibbing! :)) We only know based on our results. At the earliest point of the site, no one had guessed number of attempts might sway. So we had people do all the old school things like timing, frequency, jelly/douche, antihistamine, herbal supplements, etc. all of which lower odds of conception, but then add attempts to get pregnant. That was the lowest results of the site! We quickly learned that the people who were getting girls were the ones who had done one attempt, and that none of those other things even worked (!! they really don't, not a single one of them!!) and so we started dropping those other things but keeping one attempt. Our results went up immediately and have stayed up ever since so it's pretty clear that even though we don't know what one attempt is doing, it's doing something big!

To do one attempt, you have one attempt in your fertile window of O-3 thru O Day. If you believe in Shettles cutoff, aim at 2-3 days before *but please note, this is actually very difficult if not impossible to do correctly, it also does not work, and really cuts odds of conception! Please drop the cutoff BEFORE adding attempts. You will have best odds of conception BD one time at positive OPK (and it's much easier to do that correctly) or O-1 while swaying.
