Will you guys look over my sway? I *think* I am going to skip this cycle and will be trying in December. Just thought I might add something if anyone thinks I am missing anything?

I am taking:

fish oil--1200 mg
EPO--1,000 mg
Vitamin D--400 IU Acid
Folic Acid--3,800 mg (is this too much?)
Potassium--99mg
Vitamin E--400 IU
Prenatal vitamin (all listed above do not include the amount in the prenatal!)
Fertile CM (3x a day)
wheat grass (2x a day)
Bee Pollen (2x a day)
Royal Jelly (2x a day)
ASG (2x a day)
ACV/juice/gelatin drink (1 or 2x a day)
V8 and NYF (1x a day)
BSD (1x a day AF-O)

I am eating:

Protein + carbs all the time. Meat at every meal aside from breakfast. Eggs, TONS of nuts and dried fruit (lots of Larabars), peanut butter oatmeal, salads, tomatoes, potatoes, bananas, spaghetti with meat sauce, meatloaf, tacos, canned soup, chicken, vegetables, apples. I am avoiding dairy but not necessarily calcium (I don't check the amount in my veggies or fruits). I eat first thing in the AM and right before bed.

DH is taking:

L-carnitine--1,000mg
L-arg--500mg
Folic Acid--800mg
Multi-vitamin
Vitamin E--400 IU
Co.Q10--200mg
Zinc--about 25mg every other day (thought the 50mg pill was too much, and his multi vitamin has 11mg already)
B12--1,000mg
Fish Oil--1,000mg

Is this enough?? Is there anything else I should be doing?

Looks good but make sure you're eating protein at breakfast as well. Only eating carbs will cause your blood sugar to spike then crash swaying girl, protein will keep it elevated and even till your next meal/snack.

Wow, it must look like a health food shop at your house hehe... Eggs on toast are a great way to have protien in the mornings. Good luck, i cant wait to see how you go!

I usually eat oatmeal with peanut butter or peanut butter on toast. I never have time for anything like eggs because we are rushing out the door to get kids to school (we never get up early enough for a big breakfast). Is peanut butter enough protein, or do I need more?

im sure PB is enough protein. i boil 4 eggs every other day and eat 2 a day. the other 2 get saved in the fridge. this is why i have no time for anything else in life bc i pre prep my mneals, bake my turkey bacon one day and its good for 3-4 days (eat 2 slices and a banana before bed).

dont forget to orgasm 3x's a day week of attempt.

what happened to your last attempt hobbers bfn? what do you think happened?

fo rme i seriously think it was bsf that killed off sperm orr i didnt lay down long enough..who knows. 1 attempt wasnt enough obviously.

I don't know what happened last time... I seriously felt pg, but I guess I wasn't. Anyway, it took me 2 months of trying to get my first son, so who knows. Both my girls were OHWs.

I am not changing anything, except being better about doing weights, and I will shoot for better timing. Last time we DTD on CD11, CD13 &CD14 (O was CD14)... I might try for 3 days in a row this time, or O-2 and O. The problem is, I never seem to O on the same day, so I have to guess at what O-2 would be, which is hard!

gizmo, what are you changing this time?

this time i changed frequency of dtd. 1st attempt i only wanted to do it once, obviously didnt work. his time i wanted to do it 3 days in a row: O-2, O-1, and O. but i O'd later than normal (usu on cd 17 but this time on cd19). so i dtd'd on cd 15 (assuming id O on cd17), then dtd on cd18 2wice, and dtd on cd19 (O day).BSF only on cd15 bc my cm wasnt clear enough/pH not high enough. no BSF for the other attempts. andlaid down at LEAST 30 min (45 tops). diet same, exercise same. which is why im wondering why myO was late. its unusual. maybe bc i had fast food a lot the previous 2 weeks??? and some leftover hallooween candy...i ruined it!

my 2 girls were from dtd 5-7 days in a row.

I don't think a little candy ruined it. I hope you get a BFP this time!!

Anyone else want to look and inspect my sway? Atomic?

It looks great Hobber!

3800 mcg of folic is not too much necessarily and that is what my doctor told me to do after I had a baby with a neural tube defect. Just be sure to continue it through the first trimester and then wean yourself off gradually.

:agree: about giving your husband less zinc.

Yes, combined with the protein in the oats/toast it is just right!!!

No way the candy did anything! I'm with you on the BSF and one attempt tho - those things really CAN cut down odds of pg.
