Hi! I can’t remember when I was swaying for my DD if I asked about my husband’s cholesterol medication. Does it sway pink? He needs the med to lower his cholesterol plus changing his diet. My DH takes rosuvastatin. He been on meds since after our third child. We plan to start try next year not not going to be so hardcore on trying like I been in the past because it stresses me out. I already I’m doing some LE Diet not on purpose just how I eat. I been on fiber for a long time I take it before every meal. I will add folic acid around the end of the year. I can’t lose any weight I’m 105 5”6 and under weight and my family doesn’t want me getting any thinner or does doctors since my BMI is under.

Yes, we believe it sways pink.

I want you to ditch fiber unless you need that for health and bowel function. YOu are already thinner than I like (significantly) and I typically have very thin people ditch the fiber.

Thinking of removing my Mirena since it been giving me issues but then I have to be safe etc, I just don’t know if it a major pink sway factor I conceived ds baby number 3 after Mirena but wasn’t like I am now I was eating all day and snacking and not active

If it's giving you issues I'd just have it removed; I do think TTC after can sway pink but of course is no magic bullet.

My advice in the other thread, I did not realise it was causing you problems. If it's messing up your body just have it removed, don't wait till you're ready to TTC.

I been on the le diet for a few days now, only hard thing is the not snacking. Whatever I cook for dinner I always eat the sides anyway, I am a busy mom. I drink around 3 cups of coffee a day and for the past few days I won’t eat a small lunch till around 12:30.

Issue is my BMI is 17 so I won’t be dropping all meat this time, my family will be very upset with me since my image is very thin and my family isn’t happy about it. I can’t loose anymore weight either and my diet already isnt great. My husband is now 42 so older than last time his cholesterol is very high and is on high medication, he also takes fish oil for his cholesterol he might drop it but it helps him so he has to wait to ask his doctor.

I know he took it while we conceived our daughter plus vitamins. I was googling olive leaf it says it lowers cholesterol also, but he has to ask his doctor first. I probably won’t try till around November so I am easing into the diet and not going hardcore yet. I will be upgrading to dream member again next week and I’m excited

Just be aware that meat is not a good way to keep weight on. It's fine to eat some meat, not trying to deter you from that, the trouble is that for whatever reason many times when people have no weight to spare they decide "ok I'll eat meat to prevent weight loss" and it doesn't work. You need calories, particularly of carbs, and a lesser extent fat, to keep weight on. Do not lose a solitary ounce even if you have to go to 4 or even 5 meals.

I am not at all sold on the OLE and given that he's already on fish oil, I would have him leave it out. I think that OLE plus fish oil will be too much of a blood thinning effect and could be harmful to him. I dont' think the OLE really does anything anyway.

DH isn’t in on dropping krill oil sorry not fish oil, most likely ice he runs out I. Won’t be buying anymore lol it’s expensive also, and if his cholesterol is doing a little better with just his medicine he doesn’t “need” it.

Krill oil works the same as fish oil. If he does run out, it's much safer for health to wean off and running out (going cold turkey because there is no more) is never the best way to come off a supplement. :)

Thanks hoping DH changes his mind about dropping it as long as doctor says it is okay. My husband cholesterol is extremely high danger zone without his statin medication, I know I got my dd with him using fish oil but he was on it for about two months then and now he been on it about 6 months. So if he doesn’t want to drop it right now, I’m not sure if I should hold off ttc

I don't want him to drop things that are required for his health. I'm sorry if I am being confusing somewhere along the way but please have him continue ALL things that are required for his health. I had thought you were telling me that he was going to drop it anyway. But I don't want him to drrop it, I'm not suggesting that he do, and in fact I urge you to have him continue if that is what his doctor thinks is best.

Keep him off the OLE in that case, please.

Thanks he has mix feelings to drop or not since it helps with his cholesterol he sees his doctor next month and will go from there, just hope if he continues it , it won’t effect my upcoming sway in a few months.

I doubt it does, and I've even reduced the dose on fish oil for blue swayers because I worried it might sway pink, since high dose fish oil lowers cholesterol and cholesterol = testosterone, which may sway
