So I have 2 ds, my youngest being 3 months old, we are going to ttc from September , would love your thoughts on my current sway and specifics near the time .

Been vegetarian including no eggs for last month and will be until conception
Drinking lots of diet soda but that's norm for me anyway
Exclusively breastfeeding
Sleep deprivation
Clomid for when ttc
Mag and cal supplements
Refresh for when ttc
Minimal breakfast
Low calorie and fat diet
No bananas
Couch potatoe but nearer time will do intense cardio every day
Ds2 will be 7 months old when ttc but may wait till he is nearer one depending on when my periods return but plan to reduce breastfeeding then to two feeds a day
Acid ph
Stressed as moving countries over next year

Any thing else I could do to increase chances of conceiving girl on our last shot

I actually prefer you guys switch over to the alternate type of LE Diet found in this thread https://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/9052-swaying-under-special-circumstances-part-3-pcos.html for a sway after an opposite. For reasons we don't understand many people do better on this type of diet (it likely has to do with blood sugar levels) and so by going vegetarian/low fat instead, you actually may end up with lower chances of success, since a vegetarian, low fat diet may send your blood sugar levels up. If you still choose to go vegetarian that is of course up to you but PLEASE do 50-60 protein and fat and eat whole grains, fruits, and veg instead of loading up on white, refined carbs and sugar.

Everything else looks ok, there are a couple things I don't personally believe in but they won't affect you negatively. Do be sure you don't have the type of cal/mag that has added Vit. D in it.

I don't believe that cal-mag, RepHresh, acid pH, and avoiding bananas do anything.
