I don't want you eating cornflakes or rice krispies anyway (or Special K, I hate special K!!) as they are indeed nothing more than pure sugar (they are sooo highly refined that they basically react like sugar in your blood******)

What I ate when I got my 3rd boy was Wheaties, granola (I LOVE granola) and this stuff: https://thrivemarket.com/p/natures-path-pumpkin-flax-granola?utm_source=connexity&utm_medium=pla&utm_campaign=shopping (which be aware, it does have flax in it, which I prefer you guys keep to 2-3 times per week) I often mixed my granola with yogurt instead of milk, which if you don't like oats, may taste different enough to keep it palatable to you.

With my 1st boy I was eating this stuff called "Basic 4" which I think you can still get. I also liked these things called Quaker Oat Squares which I'm not sure if they're still available.

With my 2nd boy I ate tons of buttered toast with huge glasses of milk instead of cereal!

Oh yeah I ate shredded wheat too! I knew there was something else LOL!

Cheerios actually are not covered in sugar/syrup depending on the kind you got. They do have that weird texture from the soluble fiber in the oats though. Personally I don't even like Cheerios so you don't need them for having a boy, that's for sure. :)

Ack ! Special K is no good then ? :tissue: I like Quaker Oat and Squares ring a bell, I must have seen them once but not anymore...

Well, found them on some online shop ! Except they're called Quaker Life now ? Seems to still be the same... Bought some and something that looked like shredded wheat but is another brand.

Blue dust to you Victoria !
