16+5 gender scan

Had a private scan today looks boy tech was certain. Baby was not in great position and kept legs closed. Is there any way this isn’t a boy do you think?! Would it be very obvious now at nearly 17 weeks?

Hmmm. I guess you were hoping girl. I've done ultrasound and I have seen all my five boys. At that week if a tech says it, they are usually pretty sure. Mostly 15 weeks it gets accurate. It does look like a boy but if the tech was really unsure of the sex then I dont know. Let's hear what others say.

Yes, that looks boy to me. I'm so sorry it didn't go the way we hoped. But he is absolutely beautiful and I want to congratulate you on your new son. :heart:
