Anything YOU like as long as you stay in the limits of diet. (some will have to go up a little in cals, pro, and fat, a very few people may need to drop below that in calories) you don't count calories, fat, or protein in low carb vegetables, and you do not count protein/fat in higher carb veg or fruit. Since you have a history of irregular cycles I would have you follow the PCOS guidelines of 1500-1800 cals a day, 50-60 g protein, and 50-60 g fat. Eat mostly fruits, vegetables, and whole grains for calories instead of white carbs and sugar.

You can have red or white wine, whichever you prefer. And use full fat dairy only, NO skim dairy.

I would have your husband do regular release every 2-4 days either on his own or with you, with a condom, and then try for one attempt the first couple months (1-2 days before ovulation) Then in subsequent months, go to every 4 day method, have unprotected sex every 4 days (in the 72 hour pattern) to boost odds of conceptiion. Do this all month long, starting after your period ends and continuing even after you think you have ovulated. That way you are protected in case of early or late ovulation.

I like you guys to have at least 1 cup of caff. coffee. You can then switch over to decaf if you prefer but since we do not totally know if the caffeine in coffee is helping our pink sway, I like you to have at least one cup of regular caff coffee.

The coffee in the morning does not count, it's still skipping breakfast. just don't put a LOT of milk and sugar in it. No more than 25-50 cals in that morning coffee if possible.

I don't think you should take any supplements to make your period regular. I do think you should switch over to the alternate diet that I mentioned in the first paragraph of this sentence - with the higher protein and fat intake, whole grains, and more fruit/veg instead of white flour and sugar. This very likely will make your period more regular. The supplements have not been very good at fixing cycles for us, most of them have seemed to make things even worse. Also, if you are not walking an hour or more a day or doing a lot of hard work (like intense gardening and stuff along those lines) then you may want to add in cardio exercise 60 minutes per day, 4-7 days a week. If you do spend a lot of time doing physical activity, you don't need to do the exercise, though.

Thanks for your response, I though skim milk is better than full fat milk in girl sway I have being on skim milk for so long now. For supplement, am not talking about supplement to make my period ok, No I mean something like clomid, LR, cranberry, (dh). Is there any supplement am supposes to take to increase my chance of having a baby girl after 5 boys ? Thanks ma, you are one in a million.

Only for people who do not have irregular cycles. Many people with irregular cycles have some tendencies towards having PCOS, and skim dairy is really very bad for PCOS. It will keep your cycle irregular, it will harm your egg quality, and very likely even sways blue for you by raising your blood sugar and testosterone. No more skim dairy, full fat only from now on.

Clomid is great if you can get it, I would prefer Femara (letrozole) for you given your age. None of the other supplements have worked, and most of the sway supplements would be very harmful to your husband because of his age. Licorice root is very dangerous for men over 40 and it has not worked anyway. Some men take olive leaf extract 500-1000 mg per day, although I am not convinced it works. Every woman must take folic acid or folate for a healthy pregnancy, and some take fiber but I am reluctant for you to start that because we are not totally sure why your cycle is irregular and sometimes fiber can make cycles even more screwed up. I would prefer you make the dietary changes and then we see what happens before having you start fiber.

Well, you want to limit carbs overall so you may be better off skipping honey too, since it does have sugars in it, just not sucrose. But since you are very thin already, it very well may be that you are fine having a little sweet stuff now and then to help keep weight on. You will need to eat however many calories it takes to keep weight on because you don't want to lose much if any weight.

Fish 2x a week is fine (no more than that) chicken is fine in small amounts within the limits of the day. Pork and beef are also fine but many people prefer to skip them since some say they raise testosterone.

Coke Zero is fine 2-3 servings a day!

No you can't do both Femara and Clomid. They do the same thing. Clomid may actually harm your egg quality so I think it is best for you to take just Femara if you can get some. :)

Hey! Just wanted to say hi. I'm ttc girl August after 5 boys. I wanted July but I want to be on the diet 12 weeks and I wanted to give it a better chance. I just started dieting and now I'm not sure if I'm considered pcos.... I used to be, but now after my kids, my cycles are a regular irregular, if that makes sense. I have tons of follicles in my ovaries, but I dont have 175, 25, 40, 70 day cycles anymore. 30-45... I wonder if I need to change my diet [emoji848]

Anyhow, welcome. So happy to hear another woman after 5 boys.

I'm just skipping breakfast and eating low calories. I'm using an app, fitness pal to watch what I'm eating and it made it amazingly easier. I'm walking with some running for 60 minutes 6 days a week. I feel like most successes are chlomid and not with just diet and exercise... but I dont know if I can get it and I'm not able to handle twins after all the boys.

So cool that you have twins and want again. Have you used chlomid before? I never did so I was nervous. I'm a huge snacker and always need something in the morning. It was hard bu tg I'm getting used to it. If it's bad I will have a coffee in the morning now to carry me to lunch.

I thought oily fish is better than White Fish?

Sent from my Infinix HOT 4 using Tapatalk

White fish is better for swaying pink, oily fish is better for fertility.

But do not eat any variety of fish more than 2x a week because of the risks from mercury. Mercury can be in fish and if you eat it more than 2x a week when you are trying to conceive, it can build up in your body and be harmful to your baby.

Hey! So I wanted to go for July... but I was on a diet from another site. And I like this one better. Atomic recommends at least 12 weeks so I'm going to try in August if I keep up my diet well. I have to make sure I keep healthy enough that my ovulation continues. I really hope it works out fast cuz I cant do this no snacking forever.

Sent from my Infinix HOT 4 using TapatalkThere is all that information under the LE diet. It says what to count and how much and all the foods that you can eat for "free" and all those you need in moderation. I use an app on my phone and it counts everything for me, which is amazing. It's a fitness app. So at the end of the day I can see all my calories and protein and fat. It helps me choose what I can eat every meal. For example, now I want to make dinner for myself. My stomach is starting to grumble. So I look on here and I see I have enough calories to make a decent meal to fill me. Then I can look on nutrition and see how much fat and protein I already ate, to see if I need to add that to my meal. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180618/b65e6fc239937eec44a11867f055b0f1.jpg

You can use either the backs of packages for prepared foods or look up the nutrients in raw/uncooked foods online (self.com is a good site to use, but Google has lots of info on it as well)

Diet drinks, unsweetened coffee, and vegetables are free and unlimited. You don't count any nutrients in them. You may need to count the stuff in the cream/milk in coffee if you're having more than just a tiny amount

For higher carb (starchy)vegetables and fruit, count only calories, not fat or protein.

i did not use any apps or computer stuff to track. I just wrote things down on a piece of paper for a few days till I understood how much I was eating and then I stopped.

It isn't hard - if it feels hard you're taking it too seriously. You only need to just get a sense of it, you dont' have to add it all up perfectly. You just want to be sure you're getting enough to be healthy and conceive, but not so much that you sway blue.

It's got a private chat area and some extra information in them. I have recipes, some nutrient info, several essays about diet and also "extreme gender swaying" information (which are these really far out/borderline crazy sway tactics that I honestly don't even recommend but some people want to try). Plus, that money goes to me to allow me to do this as my job instead of having to work. BUT that having been said I still help everyone regardless of their ability to pay and I"ll always answer your questions no matter what.

Any time from 8 am thru 12 is a fine time for your first meal. 12-16 hours is what most of us aim for.

Yes 1-2 T of whole milk is fine in coffee, just count the fat in that. about 10 cals, and about a half-gram of fat per tablespoon.

Start off eating more than you think you'll need and cut back over time.

4-6 eggs a week is fine - as for the other foods, just go off the overall nutrient limits of the diet and have what YOU like!!

It's best to eat anything with calories with a meal and not between meals. YOu can still have 3 meals, just push back your first meal a little. I always ate at about 11 am, then at about 5pm, then I had a snack before bedtime. That is what worked for me, but you should do what works best for you.

If you can't stick to 3 meals, it's better to go to 4 or even 5 meals instead of snacking all day long. You want to eat the least often as you possibly can without being completely miserable and while sticking in the limits for the day (getting enough food to get and stay pregnant!)

It supposed to be normal eating. Jist watching calories and protein. I'm drinking caffeinated coffee now with whole milk. Just because that's what I have. Normally I would rather fat free but my fat has been a little under so I can afford it. I'm eating a cookie, cuz I wanted one. Lol.

I eat swiss cheese that is low sodium, but plenty of people arent watching sodium. I just like cheese so much, I can easily go over all the limits. So this lower fat adds no sodium one seems better. Try to eat things you normally eat. It's not a starvation diet. I'm probably going to eat rice noodles soon with cheese. And sauteed veggies or baked veggies. They have oil so that adds calories.

The LE Diet should be easy to stick to. There are NO forbidden foods, so any time you are low in calories, fat, protein, you can add in anything that you like or are hungry for that day and be satisfied, while still sticking in limits for the diet.

I thought every thing I eat most be sugar free

Sent from my Infinix HOT 4 using TapatalkI dont think so. I think some people may be eating sugar free because they don't have enough calories to spare in their day. Also people are drinking diet sodas because aspartame is in it and ppl believe it sways. Buy I could be wrong. But if you are low in calories, maybe don't do sugar free. Everything adds up.

I generally don't eat much again. I don't even eat up to 1200 before now. But, I snack a lot .

Sent from my Infinix HOT 4 using TapatalkAlso, I didn't think that I ate as many calories as I'm eating now by forcing myself to eat these set meals. But atomic reminded me that all that snacking adds up into calories. By me anyhow. So who even knows how much I was eating. The first week was difficult trying to get the hang of it. But you will see, it gets easier!!!

If you're on PCOS-type alternate diet then yes you do need to avoid sugar.

If you've only been eating 1200 cals a day normally then you can continue eating more like 1200-1500 cals a day. That is ok.

What type of coffee caff or decaff. What quantity of milk, how many tablespoons in a cup of coffee? What type of cheese and quantity?

Sent from my Infinix HOT 4 using Tapatalk

I would have you do caffeinated coffee if you're ok with that.

I prefer you on full fat milk or cream only since you are on the PCOS-type diet (atomic fertility diet). No skim dairy.

Since you're lower in calories, you should have however much milk/cream in the coffee to get some calories.

You should try to look at food like money...you have to "spend" your food to get your calories, protein, fat for the day. So you eat however much you need to get up to those limits. And if you are low in calories and fat, for example, having some cream in your coffee can give you both a good boost in calories and fat.

With the eggs and turkey and soybean soup you are probably already ok in protein.

Most jellies that they sell do tend to sway pink, it's only the ones that are "sperm safe" or "conception friendly" that will sway blue. Can u tell me the kind of brands available to you and I'll see which ones I think are ok for you???

I would like you to eat brown bread as that is better on the fertility type diet. :)

You don't need to count grams of carbs. Count protein, fat, and calories only. If you count those things, the carbs fall into line without having to count them at all.

Between liquid and dry powder milk which one should I use for my coffee? What will be the quantity of milk daily, what spoon should I use table spoon or teaspoon? Thanks for your love and care.

Any of those are said to sway pink. We have not found them to be effective (same number of people get girls with and without using them) and they do cut odds of conception by quite a bit, but if you need lubrication then those are all fine. I think Sylk is the best lubricant compared to the other two.

Some people give their husbands olive leaf extract. I am not convinced it really works, but it's fine to use that. just be sure he weans off it gradually when you get a BFP instead of stopping it suddenly.

Peppermint tea - we have not found that to be very effective but both you and DH can drink it if you want. Just be sure that if you do not get pregnant within 3 months, that you drop it. The official dose is 3 cups a day, but even just 1 cup a day may have some effect for a pink sway.

Dry or liquid creamer for coffee are both ok.

You need to have however much milk that works in your overall diet AND that you like. As an example, some people need more fat in their diet daily and they use a larger amount of cream in coffee to help them get that fat. Others have already gone over on fat and then they use less milk. There is no set amount for every person - use the amount that you like (as long as it's not a very large amount more than 1/4 a cup) and then look at it as a way to get fat/calories if you need some.

Hi Atomic, the lady with a good heart to help others, thank you so much for your response to all my questions I really, really appreciate you from my heart for your good heart. For the purpose of swaying I had wanted to use femera, folate, but I didn't get them to buy so, what else will use in place? And how will I be using them. What is available here is, folic acid and clomid. Thanks.

Aww thank you so much, you're so sweet!

To use the folic acid, just use it the same as with the folate. Take 1200-1600 mcg a day starting right away, continue till the end of the first trimester of pregnancy, and then gradually wean off by spacing doses further and further out till down to the amount in a prenatal.

To use Clomid, we would take 50 mg from CD 3-7 (that is the 3rd day of your period and then for 5 days in a row). I want you to take it 2 months, then have a month off (still try that month), then take it another 2 months and then a month off (still try that month) and then if we need to, you can take it 2 more months. So you would need to have 6 months' worth of the Clomid. I don't want you to take it all right in a row given your age because it can make your FSH levels rise and harm egg quality so we can take it 2 months on, 1 month off. (normally I'd just recommend Femara instead, this is simply because you can't get the Femara!)
