Hi this is my first cycle on femara 2,5mg. This is the first cycle i dont get a positive opk and dont have any ovulation signs and symptoms at all! Even ewcm is NONE,which is very unusual for me. But i was monitored yesterday(cd12) and my gynecologist saw one egg 24mm on the right side and she said it can pop out today or tomorrow. Is it normal to have no ovulation signs on femara? And can i conceive with no ewcm?

Well, I am not sure you'd get a positive OPK prior to CD 12 anyway. It is of course always possible to have false negatives on OPK...you still surge and ovulate, but just don't detect the surge on the OPK. The ultrasound is very helpful given this. I would have an attempt ASAP.
You can conceive with no visible EWCM. It's likely there is still some up inside where you can't see. It's also possible that you'll have a big rush of hormones that will make EWCM out of the blue (or the pink, LOL) when you didn't have any before.
What Clomid and Femara do is block estrogen, then your body will respond by suddenly making a lot of estrogen very quick. So you can go from having no symptoms (due to blocked estrogen) to LOTS of symptoms when your body starts making estrogen. It's not at all unusual to have that happen! :)
