Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I was at my heaviest weight due to being 7 months postpartum. I lost a pound a week on the pcos diet, the original Le diet didn't suit me and I couldn't lose weight on it. I skipped breakfast for up to 16 hours from dinner the day before. Then had a fruit smoothie with full fat yoghurt, coconut water and cinnamon, plus two further meals, I ate them until I was full. I cut out; red meat apart from occasionally, cereal, drinking tea, fruit juice and milk. I swapped sugar for xylitol. Ate 3 meals a day and no snacks. I had full fat dairy and 4 eggs a week.

5 months.
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He cut out red meat apart from occasionally. He is a big coffee drinker but cut out energy drinks
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly

I swapped tea for coffee.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
I was a stone overweight at the start. I lost about 18lbs putting me just about in healthy range.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I exercised by walking, more than usual but not every day. Sometimes only a couple of times a week.

We relaxed in the end and BD when we wanted. It just worked out like this. It ended up being the night before positive opk which turned out to be conception day. It could have been one attempt, it is possible that the second would have been too late

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
We were more relaxed. Dietary changes. Less BD than in previous conception of a little boy
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
My weight was heaviest conception weight. I'd had 3 boys before
Things worth mentioning:
I learned about swaying and then left it alone, just relaxed which I think helped. Neither of us took on any new projects. 3 cycles before we had an early loss at 5 weeks. kip
