Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Sort of followed the PCOS LE diet for about 10 weeks. I ate more protein and calories than suggested, but less than what I did with any of my boys. I also weaned from tons of supplements and was off them about 9 weeks. (weaning over 3 weeks previous because I kept forgetting to take them.) I also switched from salmon and beef to 95% chicken. I ate more wheat bread, brown rice and sweet potatoes than I have in years.
I was intermittent fasting for about 4 months prior. I did eat breakfast a few times and struggled with snacking. I REALLY struggled with snacking.
Started drinking coffee with almond milk for 10 weeks.

Comments regarding DH's diet-
Dieting. lost 120 pounds over the last year and a half. Eats mostly chicken, but did not restrict protein and built muscle. Several supplements.

No, I drink caffeine regularly

did some yoga and kettlebells up until 2 weeks before O. Then switched to intermittent jogging for 1 hour 5 days a week.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I worked 'hard' at not letting my anxiety control me. I had moments, but in general made great strides in my day to day life.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
We ended up TTCing a month early so I did not get my full 12 weeks of diet in and only just started jogging. Also bummed about the fact that I could not stick to the diet better (that much carbs caused migraines) and that I could not get my snacking under control.
