you can use a full amount, or half amount... really a full amount isn't a huge quantity anyway

I would test it out and see how it effects you. I realized the best way to make decisions about this stuff is to experiement! I was sold on replens until I actually used rephresh!!

To me it doesn't make sense to use a fingertip full because it's designed to adhere to the vaginal walls and get in to all the nooks and crannies so it'll lower the pH of anything it comes in to contact with - little pockets of EWCM and semen etc. A finger tip full surely wouldn't do the same job!

I'm going to use it as directed on the package

What is the best timing if you are using rephresh with a 2-3 day cut off? How long before the attempt would you use it? Would you repeat at some point?

With a 2-3 day cut-off I wouldn't want to use it too close to my attempt - I would use it every 3 days from the end of my period and aim to use the last dosage 48 hours or so before my attempt. You could use it the day after your attempt (ie. after another 3 days) but personally I wouldn't bother.

It's up to you and how badly you want to get pg.
I tend to agree with Zanacal though, I don't really think it does much unless you get quite a bit of it in there, so my inclanation would be to use a lot, further from O. That way you ensure it gets everywhere, but that the excess will not interfere with pg. This is esp. true of RepHresh because you want it to react with ALL the semen to lower its pH.
My personal opinion is that the "fingertips of Acijel, etc" that were advised by another website don't really accomplish a heck of a lot, other than making sure that the reading they want to get on their pH strips shows up.
