View Full Version : Cheat days once a week. Is that OK?

Hi Atomic,

Due to low weight and suspected IR tendencies, I am following more of an LE diet but with full fat dairy and 60gr fat and 60gr protein. The last three weeks I have cheated once a week and allowed myself to eat as I pleased for dinner and I have indulged so I was not really swaying on those days. Is that still OK from a pink sway perspective? Or am I affecting my pink dust and I should avoid any cheat toys?

I had a bowl of ice cream today �� Bad idea but I am low on my weight and good on other days and I just let go today ...

I definitly allowed myself a “laid back day” usually the weekend! My baby girl is kicking me as I type!

I can‘t tell yet if my weekly cheat day affected my sway because I am not pregnant yet, but usually I do the same too...
I try to maintain weight and therefore I am not very low in cal anyway. 2200+ a day mostly.
But when I really crave on sweets or anything I let go most of the time and eat as much as I like.

The same with partys or invitations. Sometimes it’s hard to count the nutritions in home cooked food or it’s impossible not to eat a bite from a birthday cake etc. I think.

Good to know others do it too. Felt very sick these days too and although I do eat well calorie wise (1750-1850 calories a day) I’m at my lowest weight, think I had the same weight at 15 years and I am 40 ��
