Tricky 12 week nub and potty shot - please help

Hi guys. I’m posting 2 profile photos and 2 potty shots from my 12 week scan (measure 12w1d). I am not sure if either of the profile photos show a nub - if so, what are your guesses based on either of the profile photos or the potty shot?
I see 3 lines in the potty shot but the middle line is much longer pointing out. I will update on Friday when I find out but would love some guesses until then. TIA. 39791397923979339794

3 lines doesn’t necessarily mean girl as boys have the 3 lines too. My ds2 potty shot had 3 lines . Your nub is classic boy xx

Bit too early for nub guesses and you need to be at least 16 weeks for a potty shot, so you may not get many guesses. Good luck for your next scan!

That looks pretty darn boy for that gestation, though it being early always makes me think things can change. A potty shot isn't worth anything at this gestation, so I wouldn't use that for any sort of deciding factor -- there's a reason only nub theory is used at all for gender guesses before 16 or so weeks.

Thank you for your insight. I am hoping boy as I have 2 girls. And I agree that the first photo looks like a boy nub, however I’m still not certain that it actually is the nub pictured, and not something else. I’ve looked at hundreds of boy nub photos and they look a little different to the one in my picture.. how sure are you that that is the nub?

Oh good -- I always am nervous to comment boy since I feel we have so many more girl swayers on here! Glad you're hoping for boy (I am as well, and was even going to comment earlier that I would be ecstatic with a nub shot like this, as I'm getting my nuchal today too!).

I'm certainly no tech, so not super certain -- but your first photo looks like most boy nub shots I've seen and I can't see how it would be the leg. The second one MAYBE could be femur bone we're mistaking for nub, but the first one seems less like that. I feel pretty confident that neither is the cord, though, as that would be higher up. Crossing my fingers for you (and me!)

Thanks for your honesty. I really hope you are right about that being the nub in the first picture because that definitely gives me hope.

Good luck at your NT scan today, how exciting! I was on the look out for gender clues the entire time they were doing it. Hoping for blue for both of us and either way congratulations on your pregnancy.
If you get some good photos post them so we can guess :)
