Hello there, getting geared up to start my blue sway in July (think we'll start TTC during my mid-August fertile window!), and just working out final details.

Would someone double check the label on this Guaifenesin and tell me if it's OK to use for my boy sway?

The Blue Sway Plan mentions Robitussin or Mucinex, but it looks from other posts that just straight up Guaifenesin can work.... is that right?
Just to clarify - this should be used either right after AF or 1 week before?
And I should be taking a daily dose or a certain number of MGs?

Kirkland Signature Mucus Relief Chest Expectorant (Guaifenesin 400 Mg), 2 bottles of 200-Count Immediate-Release Tablets

Thanks all, if there's another brand that gets great results - I'm willing to hunt it down!

Yep that is fine and actually BETTER than Robitussin, which seems to have discontinued their "just guaifenesin" version in some countries but not others.

You can take up to 1200 mg (most people will do perfectly well on 400!) and you can take it starting any time after CD 3-5 or AF, whichever you prefer and going through confirmed ovulation, or even till 3 days past ovulation. For the sake of not throwing money away, I typically have people start it 5 days before they expect to O and go thru confirmed ovulation. It's really very forgiving stuff, so if you use it in a different pattern, as long as you start it before O by a few days and continue till the egg has dropped, it's all good.
