Hi.. I'll be TTC this December and will be swaying for a boy. Will start serious diet by September. For now am taking my women's one a day pill and fish oil, single dose... The thing I am worried is one a day has 380 mg elemental calcium.. Even during my earlier pregnanc ies doctor prescribed only 120 mg... Isn't it too much calcium... I am not planning to avoid calcium but don't want to take huge doses.. Please correct me if I am doing this wrongly

That's only 29% of your day's recommended calcium. I took that exact vitamin when I got my 3rd and 4th boy and it's what I recommend for all my blue swayers.

It's fine if you prefer to use a different vitamin, just be sure that whatever you pick has no megadose nutrients (other than Vit. D, which is ok to take up to 1000 IU of) and folic acid or folate. And also avoid any multivitamins with herbs and other ingredients (especially inositol) because many herbs may sway pink.
