My weight has not budged since around January 1st. I only want to lose 5 lbs so it should be easy and doable, but I just can't stay motivated enough to stick to a diet for more than about four days. I'd be happy losing half a pound a week.

Please share videos, pictures, stories, quotes, etc that help keep you motivated on a diet.

Thanks!!!

It was really hard the first few weeks for me I felt hungry all the time! But after awhile it got way easier and now I hardly notice it at all. I only feel super hungry around my period so I move my cheat days to match it.

You’ve almost made it past the hurdle! I find it a lot easier to stick with diet stuff after I do it for around a week. My cravings lessen NOTABLY after that point. If I give into a craving, like sugar, I find I often have to start the week cycle over again of trying to get out of the mindset of wanting it and having my body get over the craving.
You can do it!

That's great that you hardly notice now. How are you dieting? Counting calories or just eating what looks like a reasonable amount?

I get hungry in the luteal phase. Once I get my period I get back to normal. I blame progesterone for making me hungry, irritable, and out of control.

I count calories on my fitbit app and I home make alot of food so I just list all the ingredients! I hardly notice the counting anymore either but at first it was hard!
