So I’m 10DPO today - which is AWESOME for me because my LP has been 6/7 days the last three times I took Clomid.
I just wanted to ask what I do if I get my BFP. I’ve been taking 1000mcg folate every day, 300mg iodine twice a week (I believe the dose should be 150mg per day, but I couldn’t get that dose, and should be getting some iodine from my diet through salt, so opted for twice a week), and B12 every once in a while for the last couple of months as my B12 should’ve been fine before the PCOS LE diet as I was taking a supplement daily, but after 6 months on the diet I thought I should add some in now and again just in case as I’m vegan.
I’m planning on keeping the same dose of folate and adding in a prenatal supplement. I’d like to go back to my daily green juices (which I put dulse in - which is great for iodine), so I’d drop the iodine supplement.
Does this sound OK and are there any other dos or don’ts?
In my last pregnancy I has a subchorionic haematoma. I read on another post that flaxseeds cause blood thinning and can cause this. I was having lots of flax in my smoothie every day, so I won’t do that again! Is a small amount OK or should I avoid it altogether?
Thank you!!!!
