Hi,

How many pieces and wich fruit do you guys eat?
And only with lunch or dinner because otherwise its snacking right?

You can eat however much you like as long as it fits into your daily totals. Only count for calories, not fat or protein. Have whatever kind you like! Stick to having it with meals.

:agree: no forbidden fruits on LE Diet!

Some people do try to eat more lower nutrient fruit and veg like banana and apples and pears, but you don't have to do that. We have found that the kinds of nutrients in fruits and vegetables really don't seem to sway - it's mostly fat, protein (and of course fruit and veg are free for those anyway) cals overall, and the easily absorbed nutrients in fortified foods that sway and the stuff in fruit and veg doesn't harm your sway at all.
