Foot or boy part, help desparately needed!!

My doctor after a lot of twisted and turning declared boy at my 23 week check-39815up. Upon looking at the picture it more looks like baby foot is hiding its private area. Can anyone help me get my bearings in the attached picture.

Not sure what you are hoping for, but congrats on your baby. Definitely looks boy at every angle. Not really sure what part exactly you are confused about, but there is no sign of girl hamburger style mark and a pretty clear penis. Again, congrats :)

I understand why you think that's a foot but the baby would have to be quite a contortionist to get their little foot into that position. I also think boy. Huge congrats!!
