TTC a Girl Sway Attempt

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I followed the LE PCOS diet; delayed eating until 10/11 sometimes 12/1 and then tried to eat lower carb, lower sugar. Cut out red meat, cups of tea (which I used to drink religiously), oats (which I ate loads of with my boys, including oat milk) and bananas (just in case!)

12 weeks
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
No changes though he ate less red meat because I cut it out. And he took liquorice root.
DId you consume alcohol? Often- daily
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I did not factor that into my sway
Any Diet Details?
-swapped tea for coffee and had black coffee for breakfast
-switched to full fat dairy (and I had a lot of full fat greek yoghurt and cheese)
-cut out red meat and stuck to chicken
-cut down on all bread - I made egg rolls or if I did have bread made sure it was sourdough
-had white wine every night
-had a Diet Coke but not more than 1-2 a day
-did not cut out white rice or white pasta

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
9 stone 10, weighed 9 stone 6 at end of diet (about 2lbs less than when I conceived my boys)
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I didn't do any exercise except daily walking to work

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
skipping/delaying breakfast and increasing coffee
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
-had a lot of full fat dairy (animal fat)
-had big O
-had frequent sugar binges and cheats (especially around ov and AF)
Things worth mentioning:
Very grateful for all of the info and support I got from this site. I started off thinking it could never work because I have PCOS and no access to meds eg Clomid. I can't believe that my sway has worked and keep being scared that the Harmony results are wrong! Thank you Atomic for your replies and support. We are so happy.
