Hey Danna, thanks for contacting me. I screwed the pooch on this one, I misread my own handwriting and thought I received your questionnaire on July 2 and not June 26. I have it done and sent in to be posted in your own custom coaching forum but I'd love to also send you the original; I can get that to you right away if you message me your email (don't post it here, this is not private, just click my user name and you can message me). It can sometimes take an additional day or two for my helpers to reformat and post the plans and I want you to get your plan right away.
