View Full Version : The Big O

Just got my fourth BFN, and am REALLY starting to rethink my sway. Last month I cut down on everything except Rephresh every 3 days and Aci-jel 2 hours before DTD. I actually called my OB today to see if maybe I should go in for fertility testing and she told me that I need to just relax and try not to stress about getting pregnant. So, next month I am thinking of dropping pretty much everything except the diet (and maybe one fingertip of aci-jel once per day) and trying to just be more flexible and easy going. Which brings me to my question, I have been pretty strict about trying not to have the big O during DTD for my girl sway but frankly it is becoming like a job, and I think maybe if I try to kick back and enjoy it more, we will have better luck conceiving. Anyone have opinions about the big O when TTC girl?

When my daughter was concieved we were DTD every second day and i definatly was having the big O every time. I wasnt swaying, just trying to get preg. I didnt eat brekfast ever and had a pretty unhealthy diet.

I'd be afraid to raise my Testesterone too much by having O, except maybe you are anyway by stressing...such a hard balance :(

We've done some informal polls on this in the past and there were PLENTY of girl moms who had O's and some boy moms who didn't. The overall trend was that O's did sway blue, but it wasn't overwhelming at all. (way more moms skipped breakfast and got girls, than skipped O's!!!)
My concern is that it may not be best to drop EVERYTHING, maybe better to just drop one thing per month. So my personal advice would be to continue the RepHresh and have an O rather than dropping them both.
