what is baking soda bath?

How is everyone doing BS bath? Just add some baking soda to the tub full of water and soak in that water for some time?

Yeah thats pretty much it, i think you have to stay in there for at least 30mins.

Has anyone tried it with success at raising their pH? I haven't tried it.

I've only done it twice but plan to do it everynight from AF-O.
Not sure about helping to raise PH but no harm in trying anyway. It's also supposed to help soften your skin, or so it says on the pack.

Also, won't it wash away the CM to sit in a bath like that? I was of the opinion that keeping the CM in was the best plan.

I agree Hobber, I don't think BSB is such a great idea either for that very reason.
