Another question, if I'm working out, and log my work out, does that actually give me more calories/fat/protein for that day?

Also want to make sure that pop corn is ok?

I've been eating skinny pop mini cakes would those be ok?

I also increased my sodium to 1600 because you said you saw ok results with people not really watching as closely.

Is that an ok number? As long as I'm not at 5000?lol

Lastly ran out of metamucil the last couple weeks. is that A huge part of the sway? I'm back on now but just curious
I've attached my last week of meals....I've been super busy away from home so it hasn't been great [emoji45]🤦

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Thanks!

No, I want the amount of exercise to be completely independent from the calories you eat. The less you think about things like "how many cals am I burning" and "how many more cals can I eat today" the better. I already have tracking things dialed back as far as I can get them and I don't want you guys ending up tracking MORE things because it's the kind of detail oriented type thinking that may sway blue.

All foods are ok within limits.

Yes that's a totally fine sodium intake. Like I said most of us aren't even tracking it at all any more. So that's really way better than most do.

A couple weeks off Metamucil is no big deal.

I wouldn't worry about the days you went over because you had a couple days where you were way under! I don't recommend that as a strategy BUT in this case since it was a fluke busy week it all likely evens out and I wouldn't sweat any of that. Moving forward I'd try to get more dialed in on a consistent cal intake with possibly a little less fat but I wouldn't worry about that week of diet at all.
