Any Diet Details?
Initially I took the diet too far and lost over 10kg (I was already slim starting!) so my periods then stopped. So I had to take a slightly more relaxed approach to it and had to put back on a few pounds slowly. That month we didn't make an attempt..I mainly ate wholegrains and filled up on Diet Coke when I was hungry Periods returned the next month and I guess I just began eating more calories and more healthily without overdoing it.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
Gave up breakfast pretty easily but was starving by about 10am so would just have a coffee (and a choccie biscuit!) until lunch. Lunch was usually a slim bagel with small bit of cheese and dinner was either pasta or rice with mixed veg. Snacks were yoghurt, slice of wholegrain toast or Percy pig veggie jellies!!

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
One attempt, new moon, month of May, after a chemical pregnancy, had a fever just before ovulation, was the thinnest I'd ever been.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Probably the biggest thing I'm nervous about is that I had to put on about half a stone in order to get my periods back on track-which is very very boy territory... I wish I hadn't gone into it soo full force in the first place-I didn't realise how quickly I'd lose weight.. I also have mild pcos which will always sway boy..
Things worth mentioning:
My number one priority is a healthy baba and whatever will be will be now!!! But I definitely will be a bit sad if it's not a girl as this is defo the last!!! At least I can't say I didn't give it a good try!!!

Update:it's a boy! We just found out-I won't lie that I'm disappointed but I know in time I will be happy about it. I definitely couldn't have given it much more with my sway but I knew there was always a chance those boy sperm would get in there first! Anyway I'm glad I found out so early (12 weeks) so I can come to peace with it (god that sounds ungrateful). Everything happens for a reason and either way I know it's a blessing

This sway sounds so much like mine, with my third son. He is amazing and meant to be, I hope you're feeling ok (I had gender disappointment when we found out at 10 weeks, and again about 3 weeks after he was born, but 4 months on and our family was meant to have 3 boys!) We're going for number 4, always planned on 4 though. Will you have another baby? I'm definitely adding exercise in this time...

Thanks Bepan. I really thought I had done a good sway-although I think where I fell down was the fact that I lost too much weight too quickly and by the time I conceived I was after putting on a few pounds again-which might have made my body think "times are good" and therefore boy territory!! I also did zero excericise so maybe that might've helped but who knows! I must admit the gender disappointment is really real this time and the guilt that goes with it... Although every day it's getting a bit easier. We have decided to try for baby number four early 2020 hopefully but this time I've convinced my husband we'll be doing pgd. Just trying to do as much research as I can on it at the moment. I will be 38 by then which is worrying me but I don't think this longing for a little girl is going anywhere any time soon! So glad to hear about your ds3 though and how you wouldn't change a thing. I know I'll feel like that too. Good luck with your sway for baby no 4:baby: Lots and lots of pink dust.xx
