Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I started out with Low Everything and after I had a miscarriage in December I added in higher nutrient items like eggs and some ideas from atomic fertility diet
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
4 months before I got pregnant the first time which ended in a miscarriage so then back on the diet after that and it took 5 months before I got pregnant again
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He possibly ate less meat because he was eating dinner with me, but otherwise nothing.
DId you consume alcohol? No
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
137 lbs
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
Exercise about 4 times a week, rarely 5. Just walking, or cardio you tube video, for an hour at a time. Lost 20 lbs during the entire 10 - 11 ish month process

I took fiber initially for a few months but after my miscarriage I dropped that. Just took folic acid. Husband took olive leaf for a couple months toward the end.
