A year of ttc and nothing to show so im fixing a few things I want some feedback. So tell me what you think and if you would change anything. Thanks so much!
Im taking-
Calcium 750 mg
Magnesium 400 mg
Vitex 1,000 mg
Cranberry 1,600 mg
An allergy pill af-o
Folic Acid
Im going to be back on Clomid (100 mg) for 2 cycles in Jan and stopping vitex. Then Soy again if the Clomid is a no go.
Breakfast every day peppermint tea with equal
Eating only cucumbers, berries, white rice, peeled apples, peeled pears, small amount of pasta, toast with jelly, yogurt, salt free crackers, salt free pretzels, rice cakes, salt free low fat popcorn, or cookies for lunch.
Peppermint tea and cranberry juice before dinner
Dinner doing whatever but trying to aim for low fat and low salt. I don't eat any meat anyway. Bottled Dasani or Aquafina water.
No meals or snacks after dinner. Maybe more cranberry juice, crystal light, or peppermint tea to get me though to the morning?
Trying for a 1 day cut off (stopping bd at + opk)
Breast feeding for now but might stop soon.
I might be using some rephresh, aci-jel, or sylk still but im not sure since I haven't gotten pregnant yet using it?
Tell me if there's anything you think I should add or take away. Im not sure what to do in place of the dairy for calcium since I wont be eating or drinking it???
