Is this really an obvious boy? 12 weeks

I've been told by just about everyone except our ultrasound tech (who didn't want to guess) that this is an extremely obvious boy. We already have two girls, so maybe I just can't believe my eyes! Is that the nub or could it be something else. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Tried to find his nub photos - most on my old phone. This is one of them that gave it away he way a boy - short stacked nub which is what yours looks like. DS was upside down in this pic40067

Any last guesses? We go for our 18 week scan tomorrow and will likely be finding out for sure. Everyone seems convinced it's a boy, but how do we even know that is the nub we're looking at? Don't have a preference either way but I'm just naturally skeptical! So many people insisting it's a boy that I feel like we're gonna be stunned tomorrow!
